Embrace death, ARGonauts! Andre Tipton of Real Otaku Gamer joins us to celebrate the Samurai Shodown series in celebration of the new game! We get into what made SNK's weapons-based fighter stand out, as well as favorite games and responses from listeners like you!

The news this week has us check out the classic characters revealed for the Samurai Shodown season pass. That's followed by a full-sized C64 Mini announced, an N64 adapter to play on your modern TVs, and new handheld arcade cabinets by our friends at Numskull.

The Stage of History gets bloody with Samurai Shodown III and Samurai Shodown V Special. Robert then adds a bit of lore with Samurai Shodown RPG during Obscura. Be sure to grab our game code giveaways, then stick around for another Random Select! Who could David be this time?

Another year, another E3 in the books. But it's not every year when a new Contra game gets announced! Artist Emilio Lopez discusses his involvement with the recently revealed Contra: Rogue Corps, what fans can expect, and how it ties into the SNES game.

The news this week has us first tackling everything retro gaming related that was shown during E3. That's followed by a Dragon Quest Slime shaped controller for Nintendo Switch, Arcade1up revealing more of their classic arcade cabinets, and the TurboGrafx-16 Mini joining the micro-console competition.

The Stage of History welcomes beloved rail shooter Panzer Dragoon and the last bear/bird combo release Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Robert continues the animal love with Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge during Obscura. Be sure to nab our game codes (including one for Slay the Spire on Switch!), then stick around for a gooey round of Random Select. No, it ain't Gooigi, but nice try!

The future is now, ARGonauts! Longtime friend Ben Herman joins David in this very special ARGcast Mini. You don't want to miss those!

David gets into the trenches with Ben asking about what was learned from the original NEOGEO Mini as well as what he would do if he ran SNK. Be sure to check out more information on the console using the links below.

It's that time of year again, ARGonauts! E3 2019 is upon us, and we got plenty to say before the big show. We're also joined by the most guests we've ever had on at once. Guests include Parris Lilly of Gamertag Radio, Tony Polanco of Geek.com and The Throwdown Show, Jakejames Lugo of The Koalition, Andre Tipton of Real Otaku Gamer, and Evan Bourgault of Boston Bastard Brigade.

With all the guests we have on, this isn't your standard episode. Think of it as a bigger ARGcast Mini devoted to E3 2019. And trust us, there's plenty to say regarding the reveal of new consoles, which games we expect to be showcased, where the Intellivision Amico fits in the market, what the future of E3 looks like, and more.
