Ready to get your spook on, ARGonauts? BioShock alum and Perception developer Bill Gardner joins us to discuss one of his all-time favorite gaming franchises Silent Hill. We get into some pop psychology, the importance of sound, and what we still hope to see from the series.

The top of the show has his hit the news on the official reveal of the Intellivision Amico. That's followed by the Nintendo theme park starting construction, Dreamcast games possibly coming to Switch, a 16-year-old Tetris champion crowned, and Castlevania Requiem getting the vinyl treatment. Be sure to stick around at the end of the show as we discuss the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate leak with some surprising new characters joining the brawl!

The Stage of History welcomes survival horror classic Silent Hill 2 and the picturesque Fatal Frame. Robert then gets cerebral with Rule of Rose in Obscura. We also have our game giveaways (including 3 codes for Attack of the Earthlings), and then stick around for a surprising round of Random Select!

It's happening, ARGonauts! Nintendo is playing coy, but we are pretty sure the N64 Classic is going to happen soon. The Koalition's Jakejames Lugo comes back on to discuss what will be on the mini console as well as what SHOULD should be on it.

We kick things off in the news appropriately enough with the latest evidence that the N64 Classic is real. That's followed by found footage of a scrapped Shenmue remake, Analogue coming out with a modern Sega machine, a new House of the Dead that's hitting arcades, and Rare coming out with their own merchandise. Stay tuned at the end of the show also for a very in-depth discussion on the Red Dead Redemption 2 team working 100 hour weeks.

The Stage of History gets into some Nintendo 64 goodness in anticipation of the N64 Classic with the tubular Wave Race 64 and underappreciated Doom 64. Robert then gets tactical with Starcraft 64 in Obscura. We also have our game giveaways for Batman: The Telltale Series and The Plague, then we fire up another round of Random Select. Who could Robert be this time?

Hearing that The Walking Dead developer Telltale Games would be going bankrupt was bad enough news for fans. Then the layoffs that put over 250 employees in dire straits with no severance pay made things worse. That's when David reaches out to former Telltale community manager  Nathan Ortega to figure out what happened.

Join David and Nathan in a candid discussion of the work culture within Telltale Games that laid the groundwork for its eventual downfall. They also discuss declining game sales since the breakout hit of The Walking Dead, how that success developed bad habits for the company, and the way that Tales from the Borderlands was actually self-satire for the work conditions employees were in. The phrase "Handsome Jack is Telltale" pretty much says it all.

Although this is the end of Telltale, the lives of those employees negatively impacted are still going. Show kindness. Show support. Show humanity. Remember that there are people behind the games we all enjoy.

Throw those Pokeballs, ARGonauts! Kinsey Burke and Kelsey Lewin of Metal Jesus Rocks come back on the show to get into everything Pokemon. That includes the games, TV show, and more spinoffs than you can shake a Jigglypuff at.

Before embarking on adventure, we hit the week's news starting with Obsidian possibly getting bought out by Microsoft. That's followed by the return of 6D shooter Descent, what's coming to Pokemon Go, and Konami teasing fans with Suikoden

The Stage of History unleashes our inner Pokemaniacs with the fanservice-laced Pokemon Yellow and the franchise's 3D debut Pokemon Stadium. Robert then reveals his love for Pokemon Puzzle League in Obscura. Be sure to grab hold of our game code giveaways, then stick with us for another round of Random Select. Who could David be this time?

Don't lose your head, ARGonauts! We're talking about the games in the platformer genre that are not your typical run-of-the-mill. Evan Bourgault joins us again to share along with us the more obscure platformer titles we played and would like to see come back. Prepare for unlikely heroes such as a rocket-propelled marsupial, pink-haired feral child, and a mummy who lost his head!

Before jumping into our main topic, we get into the news about a company buying up the publishing rights for over 60 games from the Acclaim library. That's followed by Ed Boon sharing behind the scenes footage from Mortal Kombat 3, a Dance Dance Revolution movie that's in the works, and some more NES games coming on Nintendo Switch Online.

The Stage of History this week welcomes the head-turning platformer Dynamite Headdy and the wild PlayStation classic Tomba! Robert then shoots out ahead with Sparkster during Obscura. Don't forget to grab our game code giveaways, then stay awhile for another round of Random Select. Who could Robert be this time?
