Time to get super nerdy with an RPG franchise we refuse to be forgotten! "ThaBass" Jason Bassett joins us to chat about the Chrono franchise, specifically the seldom mentioned Radical Dreamers. Learn all about this side story that took place after Chrono Trigger, and how it lead to what would eventually become Chrono Cross.

The top of the show kicks off with news about a Final Fantasy 15 retro beat-em-up coming out for free, new development on the Castlevania Netflix series, and a box of SNES games worth $10,000 that went missing but now is found!

We also welcome a diverse selection of titles in the Stage of History such as the racing game with "the biggest name" Fonz, the flight simulator from a galaxy far far away Star Wars: X-Wing, and spray-painting, rail-grinding good time with Jet Set Radio Future! There's also our game giveaways, plus another round of Random Select! Which video game character is David this week?

Oh, and if you love bloopers, we got a good one for you. Stay tuned till the very end!

When you run a retro gaming store, the world is your oyster! That's what makes Kelsey Lewin of Pink Gorilla Games such a great guest to chat about things we love (as well as hate) about retro gaming. Even online fans throw in their two cents!

The top of the show is PACKED with news on Pokemon Go, Primal Rage II, a retro game watch, the death of Steam Greenlight, and... Nazi-punching video games? You better believe it!

This is later followed with Kelsey sharing how she acquired Pink Gorilla Games, as well as her role in the Game Blitz Podcast and YouTube channel MetalJesusRocks!

Of course we also have our usual segments, such as the Stage of History. This week we welcome forgotten Sega franchise Ristar, the suicidal Lemmings, and the friendship tester that is Mario Party. Plus we have our game giveaways (including one for the ENTIRE SEASON of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier), and Robert takes the mantle this time for our game Random Select. Pump it up, ARGonauts!

Blast off for space adventures as written by our special guest Vanessa Williams! She joins us to chat about her role as the lead writer for the point-and-click adventure meets shoot-em-up title Starr Mazer, her career in film, as well as how storytelling has evolved in video games.

The top of the show kicks off with the latest stories such as the successful Kickstarter for Mutant Football League, the Netflix animated show based on Castlevania, and E3 opening to the public. Are you planning to go this year? Let us know!

We also celebrate some intriguing titles in this week's Stage of History, including fan favorite racer Mario Kart 64, a couple of Square classics on PS1 Xenogears and Vagrant Story, and more! There's also our game giveaways (grab 'em while they're hot!), and another round of Random Select. Guess the character before our contestants (or even David in this case).

The world can be a scary place either in real life or Neo-San Francisco. Luckily MidBoss head honcho Matt Conn is here to help quell our fears. Matt joins us to discuss his Snatcher-influenced adventure title 2064: Read Only Memories, his gay-friendly event GaymerX, and how the LGBTQ community has united through their love of gaming. We all may know a thing or two about that!

The show kicks off in remembrance of the late Namco founder Masaya Nakamura. We get into lengthy discussion on the man's beginnings, Namco's merger with Bandai, and how the company is still kicking today. Got a favorite Namco memory? Let us know!

Robert also shares what he saw at PAX South, plus we take a look at the interesting new twist on the Blue Bomber in Mega Man 2.5D. Which other retro game would you like to see get the same treatment? Hit us up!

Don't miss out also on David's chat with Arelite Core solo game design Kevin Giguere. You'll definitely want to listen in on the inside scoop of this intriguing new twist on the classic JRPG formula. Fighting game fans will appreciate some of these game mechanics!

The Stage of History this week welcomes Eugene Jarvis' debut with Defender, the fighting game that took the world by storm Street Fighter II, the game that made Cloud and Sephiroth household names Final Fantasy VII, and more! That along with giveaways, and another game of Random Select as we normally do. You know how we roll, so roll right along with us, ARGonauts!
